Welcome to Hidden Acres Campground's Website

Hidden Acres is a seasonal and open to the public campground that is a quiet family owned facility with a casual and relaxing atmosphere tailored to the family camper. At Hidden Acres the ambiance is picturesque as you sit on your porch listening to chirping birds. We pride ourselves on keeping all of the surroundings clean and beautiful. There are even stations placed in the campground where you can dispose of your pets waste.

Some of your Accommodations are a Heated Swimming Pool, 2 Catch and Release Fishing Lakes, Bathroom, Shower House, and Laundry Room. There is an Enclosed Pavilion, Horseshoe Pits, Paddle Boats, Kayaks, Shuffle Board, Corn Hole Boards for camper use, and a Basketball Court. Also there is a LP Gas filling station, 10 WiFi Hot Spot Locations and a Campground General Store with a Snack Kitchen. We also have Planned Activities and Live Bands for all ages! There is even a movie screen up by Magic Mountian for showings of movies. Just walk or drive your golf cart up for some cinema fun.

Here is what is new at Hidden Acres Campground. This year there has been a movie screen setup for weekend movies weather permitting. Just visit the General Store for detail on which movies are playing. The screen is located on the hill by the volleyball court. You will be able to drive up in your golf cart or walk up and sit down to enjoy a movie. 

There are also doggie waste station that are located by the Boat Dock, peninsula, and back on the grassy knoll/field. Armstrong Cable wireless internet service is availble through the campground. This has taken the place of the existing WiFi in the campground. For more infomation please contact the office.

ALL VISITOR’S MUST SIGN DAILY AT THE OFFICE BEFORE ENTERING CAMPGROUND. ALL INFORMATION PACKETS MUST COMPLETE AND RETURNED BY 4/16/23. NO REFUNDS GIVEN FOR ANY CAMPING FEES. By signing you acknowledge this agreement and the rules of the Campgrounds.

At the time of signing the Campsite Use Agreement Campsite User will also receive a copy of the Rules and Regulations governing their conduct here. Violations of any of the rules may, at the Camp Operator’s discretion, result in your removal from the premises immediately!

Refund Policy

No refunds for scheduled camping. We have no control on mother nature! We will gladly credit your payment for another time during the same season!

Rules and Regulations

1. All guests must register at the office.

2. Speed limit on all roads is 5 M.P.H. Please watch for children.

3. Motorcycles, minibikes, ATV’s, motorized scooters or motorized bikes are not permitted in the park.

4. No bike riding after dark.

5. No fishing after dark.

6. Absolutely no frog hunting.

7. No Pyrotechnics (firearms, fireworks, B.B. guns, etc.)

8. The campers appreciate quiet time in the evening. Please be considerate of your neighbors. Quiet Hours are from 11:00 p.m. to 9:00 a.m.

9. An adult must accompany all children on the playgrounds and around all water.

10. Please respect the privacy of other campers by not walking through or between occupied sites.

11. All pets are welcome, but they must be registered at the Campground Office with breed, age, name and proof of shots. They must be kept on a leash at all times. They must be attended to and kept quiet. No pets are to be left outside during quiet time.

12. All minors must be at the site where they are staying by 11:00 p.m. All small children must be at their site by dark.

13. No swimming before 10:00 a.m. or after 8:00 p.m.

14. An adult must accompany children under 16 years old to the pool.

15. Campers entertaining visitors or guests at the Campground shall be responsible for their guests’ conduct while on the Campground premises and they shall be responsible for any damages incurred by their visitors or guests. All visiting guests who use Hidden Acres facilities at any time must register and pay a fee.

16. All visitors must leave the park by 10:30 p.m.

17. Fires are allowed only in a metal fire ring. No glass or cans permitted in the fire rings. Please extinguish fires before retiring for the night.

18. Do not wash clothes, dishes or utensils in restrooms. No perming or coloring of hair in restrooms.

19. No one under the age of 21 may camp without adult supervision.

20. Campers with golf carts are responsible for any actions resulting in damages involving their golf carts.

A. Only licensed drivers are permitted to drive golf carts, who are registered at office only.

B. Golf carts must have proof of insurance and must be registered at the Office.

C. Golf carts must be at their campsite by 11:00 p.m. unless used for handicap purposes.

D. All golf carts must have lights, reflectors and site number on them.

21. The camping fee is due by first day of the camping season. Deposits for the next season are due by October 15. No refunds for seasonal lots.

22. Season camping is not prorated. If you sell or remove your camper from the park, your camping fee will be calculated as a Monthly/Weekly/Daily camper, not to exceed the season camping fee.

23. No trailers shall be subleased or used by anyone other than the owners themselves, without permission from the Office. Overnight rates will be charged.

24. Any trees, shrubs, gravel or landscaping added to your site becomes realty of the campground. All improvements to the grounds stay.

25. The Office must approve any items placed on sites. Only one (1) shed per site no larger than 8′ x 10′.

26. No erecting of fences, buildings, poles, walks, etc. without prior written approval of the management.

27. Every trailer site shall be kept clean and neat. A. There will be a charge if the management requires mowing.

B. Sewer hoses shall not be placed more than six (6) inches into drain.

C. All sewer drains should be capped, except for dumping.

D. County Health Department Law requires that all firewood has to be at least 12 inches off the ground.

28. Campers shall be responsible for any damage caused to the Campground by themselves or any of their guests. There will be a fine for cutting, carving, painting or destroying live trees, picnic tables or any camp property.

29. The management reserves the rights to reject without notice any objectionable person or persons who cause a disturbance or become a nuisance. The management shall be the sole judge of who is objectionable and what constitutes a disturbance or nuisance.

30. The management reserves the right to make additions, amendments and changes to the existing requirements, rates, rules and regulations of the Campground.

31. Campers must have proof of insurance.

32. NO REFUNDS OR RAIN CHECKS

THE MANAGEMENT OF HIDDEN ACRES CAMPGROUND ABSOLVE THEMSELVES FROM ALL LOSS DUE TO FIRE, THEFT, PROPERTY DAMAGE OR PERSONAL INJURY. YOU ENTER THE CAMPGROUND AT YOUR OWN RISK. IN ORDER TO MAINTAIN A FIRST-RATE CAMPGROUND, THE MANAGEMENT BELIEVES THAT THE ABOVE RULES AND REGULATIONS ARE NECESSARY AND WILL ENFORCE THEM TO THE EXTENT OR REQUESTING A CAMPER OR VISITOR TO VACATE THE CAMPGROUNDS.

ABSOLUTELY, NO ALTERING OF ANY HIDDEN ACRES CAMPSITES, CABINS OR PROPERITY WITHOUT WRITTEN PERMISSION FORM HIDDEN ACRES MANAGEMENT WILL RESULT IN DISMISSAL FROM CAMPGROUND WITH NO REFUND.

Hidden Acres Campground Inc. is a private tow-away zone, and all vehicles not authorized to park on the property Will be towed away at the vehicle owner’s expense. ($20.00 per day; towing charge of $120.00) If any vehicle parked on the property is not tagged with the Hidden Acres Campground Inc. to date, will be removed immediately from the park by owners expense.
